We want you to love your sleep, which is why we offer a 120-night risk-free trial on all Bear mattresses. If you aren't completely satisfied, we make the return process simple and hassle-free with a full refund.

Return Process

  Sleep on it

  To allow your body to adjust to the new support system, we require that you sleep on your Bear mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  If you still feel the mattress isn't the right fit after the break-in period, email our customer service team with your order number to start the return request.

• 3.
  Schedule Removal

  We don't want you to worry about shipping a mattress back; we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no cost.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed by our partner, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
